The prestigious FOGSI-Manyata certification is based on rigorous assessment, and is awarded to only those facilities that meet certain standards of care. Among other things, these include clinical procedures of managing care during labour, delivery and the immediate postpartum period. Ujala Medical Center was awarded this certification in the first phase of the project itself in the year 2015 and was recertified in 2017 in the second phase with excellent scores.
