Prof. Dr. Harikiran G. Arkalgud, B.D.S, M.D.S, graduated Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery (B.D.S) from D. A. P. M. R. V. He has worked in, and continues research in the areas of Community Health, Health promotion governance, Epidemiology of non-communicable diseases, Edutainment, Dental and medical curriculum and teaching methodologies, Health promoting schools, Oral health, and Tobacco control. Dr. Arkalgud is a lifetime member of the Indian Dental Association, the Indian Association of Public Health Dentistry and the Indian Public Health Association.
