I am an RCI licensed clinical psychologist with a dedication to serving those with mental health issues and eliminating the stigma around the issue. My approach to treatment has a more holistic and eclectic touch, while primarily applying cognitive behavioural interventions. The clinical areas of my interest include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorder and clinical trauma. As an individual, I dearly hold this idea that all of us no matter what we do and where we belong, are human beings first. Hence, being kind and considerate before anything else is the principle I believe in. I describe myself as an observant, determined, and ambitious person with an inclination towards writing a bit, a love for travelling and collecting quotes.
