After this, he did the one-year residency in the Department of Plastic and Facial Reconstructive Surgery at Osmania Medical college and hospital, Hyderabad(India). He started doing Micro-grafting and Melanocyte paste over grafting for Vitiligo in 1986, which at present is the most popular method of treating stable vitiligo. The results are excellent and highly gratifying. Dr. Sajjan has got more than 25 years of experience in Hair transplant surgery. He regularly conducts continuing medical education, seminars, and workshops for doctors.Dr. Sajjan is visiting the dermatologist to many hospitals and nursing homes in Hyderabad.
