Dr G.Pavan Kumar

Dr. Pavan Kumar: completed his BDS in 2005 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with a first class aggregate. He then went on to join MDS in Periodontics and Implantology in 2006 after securing the state 14th rank in the PG entrance examinations conducted by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. He passed the PG examinations in 2009 in first division and topped the university specialist exam. During his PG curriculum he completed a one year Implantology module conducted by Sri Sai College of Dental Surgery in collaboration with Nobel Biocare, pioneers in Implant Dentistry. Being an avid researcher, his research in PG found it’s merit and was published in Quintessence International journal. He returned in 2012 and joined the Government Dental College and Hospital, Hyderabad as an Assistant Professor for a year. Dr. Pavan also headed the Dental Wing at The Apollo Clinics, Vanasthalipuram, 2013, he was awarded the Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI,USA) for showing an exceptional interest in the advancement of Implant Dentistry. His area of interest includes Implantology, Laser Dentistry, Oral-Systemic Biology and use of technology for better patient care and firmly believes good oral health is essential and integral for better overall health.
