Head and Neck Surgeon with more than ten years’ experience post-MS in Head and Neck Oncology. Has more than 50 publications in the field of head and neck cancer in the reputed International and National Journals. Presented research work in many forums at National and International level. Has been trained in head and Neck Oncology in Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mumbai and in Asia’s Leading Cancer Center, National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo, Japan. Possess expertise in managing a wide range of patients who need surgical or conservative treatments for cancer of the head and neck regions and the skull base. Possess expertise to perform all the minor and major surgeries in the field, even difficult and advanced cases with reconstruction. Special interest in Helped in establishing head and neck oncology as sub subspecialty in ENT departments of LMT and BLY Nair Medical Colleges in Mumbai. Experience of facilitating/coaching and training DNB super specialty (Oncosurgery) candidates, ENT - Post Graduate students using interactive discussions and hands-on approach to learn and apply concepts in the subject. Worked as a team member for numerous surgeries on laryngotracheal framework conducted by Prof Phillip Monnier, University of Lausanne, Switzerland in PAKH, Mumbai, India.
