He is an active member of AMASI (Association of Minimal Access Surgeon of India), IAGES (Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons), and a Life member of Association Surgeons of India. He has been trained in Advance Laparoscopic Surgery in Leeds Institute for Minimally Invasive Therapy, UK in the year 2001.
