Actively performing ABO incompatible , Cadaveric and Swap kidney transplant 3. Establish interventional nephrology services at Medanta hospital 4. Performed 90 renal transplant graft biopsy during DM Residency and 80 at Medanta 5. Performed more than 200 native kidney biopsy and 150 at Medanta 6. Performed 20 percutaneous CAPD catheter insertion 7. Performed 250 Dialysis Permcath insertions. 8. More than 500 DLC Catheter insertion 9. Doing Graft kidney USG and Doppler on regular basis 10. Handled 14 beded Nephrology ICU for 3 Year 11. Involved in regular teaching programme of DNB residents and dialysis technicians 12. Regular ward round of admitted patients and consultations to other specialities 13. Vast experience in maintenance haemodialysis, acute dialysis, SLED & CRRT, Plasmapharesis
