Dr. Anant Aaarwal is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Founder of Perspective Psychiatric Centre He completed his MBBS from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (Delhi University) And DNB Psychiatry From Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Experience & Contributions: After completion of his post-graduation, he worked as a Senior Resident in the Department of Psychiatry at the Institute Of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS). Dr. Anant has also worked closely with a few NGOs and is the founder of Perspective Psychiatric Centre and is also an active member of the Indian Association Of Private Psychiatry (IAPP). He has written articles for print media like NDTV and has recently written on Mental Health effects due to COVID. He is also associated with JC BOSE UNIVERSITY as Mental Health Advisor for students and faculty. Expertise: Dr. Anant specializes in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Obsessive – Compulsive Disorder along with de-addiction and rehabilitation of Alcohol and Drug dependence syndrome. His vision is to promote the holistic wellness of the patient and not just medical treatment. Dr. Anant strives towards understanding the patients and their families and allaying the burden they carry due to mental illness. His approach is to assess the factors responsible for the mental illness and help the patients develop an understanding of the illness and ways to deal it.
