Dr. Rajesh Upadhyay is a Director & Head, Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Max Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi and former Chairman & HOD, Department of Gastroenterology/Hepatology, Jaipur Golden Hospital, New Delhi, for more than 15 years. He was bestowed with the Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Journal of Association of Physicians of India (JAPI) for reviewing Gastroenterology and Hepatology papers. He has also received IMA national award – ‘Distinguished Medical Men for their contribution of the highest order in the field of Medicine’ in 2014. He serves on the editorial board of many books and journals such as – Editor for ‘Medicine Update 2015’ book, Editor for Hepatology ‘API textbook of Medicine’, Member editorial board JAPI, Associate Editor of textbook ‘Medical Emergency’, Member editorial board ‘Medicine Update and Post Graduate Medicine’ books.
