Dr. Jitendra Singh Raghuvanshi has done pioneering work in the field of positive health against Drug Abuse and AIDS control by blending physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life for the welfare of human beings. His research work also explores the use of medicines and plants and herbs not known to common practitioners in promoting the concept of positive health. He has done his BAMS and MD in Ayurveda. This way he could not serve the Nation and humanity in the desired wavelength and his whole carrier was badly ruined. He has trained 1000 Practitioners and 500 farmers to cultivate the medicinal plants so far not known to common practitioners and farmers and is of high utility in traditional health delivery system. He has a great organizational capacity to improve and create multiuse mobilization of people for a good cause and possesses leadership quality in the field of health education, family welfare, women and child development, community health, and Rural Development sector. Major stress on Fundamentals of health and principles for – Happy and Healthy family norms relating to tribal society (National Study, Concluded as seminar/ Training at Rabindra Bhavan, Bhopal, March 2003). Collection of objects of Art and Craft including Divine herbs ‘Rigveda Time – Soma etc.’ and documentation of cultural crafts – music, folk dance literature was awarded and he was on the Himalayas during the project (2001-2002), Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.
