About Dr RS Chatterji

Dr Col Rajat S Chatterji, MD (Medicine), MD (Respiratory Med), DNB (Respiratory Med), is an interventional pulmonologist and internal medicine specialist with 41 years of experience. Along with all pulmonary medicine procedures, he also specialises in sleep medicine, tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. His passion is curing and caring for patients. He has extensive experience in managing complicated cases in all corners of India in Army/ Command Hospitals and AFMC Pune. Earlier he was HOD at Base Hospital Delhi, HIV Center Delhi Cantt, Rockland Hospital and worked at Fortis Escorts for 8 years. He is in Fortis Vasant Kunj since July 2009. Since 1992, he is a PG teacher in AFMC (Pune university), RR Hospital (Delhi university) ICMR and for DNB; has guided many students for MD/DNB which is ongoing here. He was instrumental in starting the DNB programme in Fortis (Vasant Kunj) in 2011.
