He has done DDS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) from London, and MFDS (Orthodontics) from Iran. He is a founder member of ISPPD (Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry) in 1979. He had worked as a professor at Meshad Dental University in Iran and Rajiv Gandhi University in Karnataka. He has been the Chairman at National Conference of Children Dentistry. He has been in dental practice for more than 45 years now.
