Constant sadness, heaviness, mild suicidal thought
9 Days agoCrying constantly deeply, headache or head heaviness, tired but cant sleep, distant from everyone inclusding my parents, fighting with my fiance, later regreting and telling sorry for being like this, i am scared of even doing an injection but now i feel like it will be good if somehow i die. I am really scared because i have never ever felt this strong feeling of ending my life or even thinking about ending my life. Everytime something happens i had hope. Never ever i thought of ending as an option. Should i be concerned? Or is just some phase? Will this feeling go away? I dont want to be like this. But i cant help it.
