AYes, gallbladder stones (calculi) can sometimes be managed with homeopathic treatment, especially when the stones are small in size (like 4.1 mm) and there are no severe complications such as acute infection or obstruction. Homeopathy works by addressing the underlying metabolic imbalance and symptoms, which may help reduce pain, digestive problems, and in some cases gradually reduce or control stone formation. However, treatment is individualized, and the exact remedy depends on your overall symptoms, digestion, diet, and medical history. Therefore, it is important to consult a qualified homeopathic physician (BHMS/MD) rather than taking medicines on your own.

AIf your ankle got twisted while playing and there is swelling, it is usually due to a **ligament strain or sprain**. Since the swelling reduces with icing, it is generally a good sign. For now, continue **rest, ice application, compression, and keeping the foot elevated**. If you are able to walk and put weight on the foot without severe pain, an X-ray may not be immediately necessary. However, if you have **severe pain, difficulty in walking, tenderness over the bone, or the swelling persists**, then it is better to get an **ankle X-ray** done before your visit.
