Ms Hemali Sanghvi

Ms. Hemali Sanghvi is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has obtained her degree of Masters of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University and Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Christ University. She deals with individuals undergoing depression, anxiety, substance use, personality disorders, post-traumatic disorder and childhood disorders. Her research has been in areas of Internet addiction, diabetes among young adults and stress among students. She believes in using a holistic and evidence-based approach in therapy, keeping empathy and compassion as the cornerstone of her therapeutic alliance. Therapy according to her goes beyond just treating mental disorders or conditions and should aim at a better quality of life for the individual.
