Dr. Savita Kalgaonkar completed her BAMS degree from Mumbai University, Maharashtra in 2003. Later completed Masters in Yogashastra( M.A. Yoga Shastra) from Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Nagpur, Maharashtra. She is highly qualified in field of yoga as well as yoga therapy by learning yoga teaching through different levels of yoga courses from various universities including Mumbai University, YCMOU (Nashik, MH), and Swami Vivekanadana Yoga Anusandhana Samsthanam (S-VYASA), Bangalore. She has 13 years of experience in Ayurvedic Medicine & 12 years in yoga teaching (to maintain health as well as therapy for various disorders to control them). She is an expert trainer for yoga competitions. She strongly believes in Yoga and Ayurveda provide perfect lifestyle to stay fit physically and mentally.
