Dr. Prabhu N Nesargikar says "I am a Consultant Surgeon with 18 years of International experience in Oesophageal and Gastrointestinal Cancer Surgery, Peritoneal Cancer Surgery, Bariatric Surgery and weight loss procedures, Surgical Gastroenterology, Complex hernia surgery and Endoscopic Surgery. I have done my basic and higher surgical training from United Kingdom, and further worked as a Consultant in National University Hospital, Singapore. I have also done a Fellowship in Gastric Cancer Surgery from Seoul, S.Korea, and currently practice at HCG Hospital, Bengaluru. I am one of the select few surgeons who offers both Laparoscopic and Endoscopic treatments for conditions like Reflux disease, Barrett’s, Achalasia and weight loss procedures. I have published in various journals and has presented more than 100 papers in Conferences across the globe. I have won prestigious awards including the “Young Investigator Award” at ESOT Congress, Belgium and awards at Japanese and Korean Cancer Congress.
