Dr Linu Abraham Jacob

Dr. Linu Abraham Jacob is a senior consultant Medical Oncologist with over 14 years of experience in the field of cancer care. He obtained his DM (Medical Oncology) training from the prestigious Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore. He is a European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) certified Medical Oncologist with an International Advanced Program in Hematology from UKGM, Germany. He has also participated in an observership at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA in the Division of Hematology as a visiting clinician. He is a Fellow of the American Cancer Society University (ACSU) and the Union International for Cancer Control (UICC). He is also Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore, and a teacher and guide for the DM Medical Oncology super specialty course under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore. He has to his credit several publications in peer reviewed journals – national and international. He is a recipient of the “Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal Award” for individual achievements in the field of Medicine in the year 2014.
