Dr Dilip Jawali

Dr. Javali did his MBBS, from Karnataka University and he was the Gold Medalist in his batch of 1973. He went on to do MS (Gen. Surgery) in the year 1976 and completed in M.Ch (Urology) in the year 1980 from prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi). Dr. Javali has worked as Consultant Urologist & Transplant Surgeon in Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai for 2 years before shifting back to Bangalore. He was very instrumental and initiated Kidney Transplant Program in Bangalore Kidney Founcation, Lakeside Hospital, Manipal Hospital, Bangalore Hospital and BGS Global. Presently he is associated with Apollo Hospitals Bangalore – Karnataka Region as Sr. Consultant Urology & Transplant Surgeon. He has perfomed over 2000 successful renal transplants including cadaver renal transplant at various hospital. He has presented several papers for both national & international journals and conducted CMEs and Live Workshops for demonstrating various surgical skills.
