Dr Bharati Kamoji

Dr Bharati has extensive experience in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology having trained in India and in the UK. She aims to provide high quality patient care based on UK guidelines which reflects evidence based medicine. She has obtained specialist training in UK such as managing high-risk obstetric patients, women with medical disorders, early pregnancy and acute gynaecology cases and advanced labour ward management. She has also led specialist outpatient clinics related to diabetes, hypertension, renal disorders, fetal growth restriction and preterm prevention. She is an expert in managing obstetric emergencies. Dr Bharati has trained in world class gynaecology oncology centres- Birmingham and Leicester and is well trained in performing Colposcopy for detection and treatment of early stages of cervical cancer. Dr Bharati has been certified by RCOG for Obstetrics and Gynaecology scanning (UK). She has been trained in Minimal Access Surgery (Laparoscopy) both in the UK and India. Academically, she has several presentations to her credit presented at National (UK) and International Conferences. She has been actively involved in teaching and training the Undergraduate and Postgraduate trainees in the UK. Dr. Bharati, through her varied and wide experience, is capable of providing counselling to expected parents. Being actively involved in Risk Management, she understands the importance of clinical governance and clinical risk management. Apart from fluent English, she speaks different languages like Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and Marathi.
