Dr Anuradha HS

Dr. Anuradha has more than two decades of experience in taking care of children and adolescents. She has been actively involved in adolescent Pediatrics since 15 years. She has conducted numerous workshops for teachers, parents and adolescents on various important topics like media safety, growing up, stress management, communication and parenting skills. She has been a columnist for teen spirit Bangalore mirror from 2014 to 2016 and addressed various topics on adolescent health. She has co authored a self help guide book called growing up right for teen girls published by Rotary .
