Dr. Manish Banker is a renowned infertility specialist in the country and the Medical Director, Nova IVI Fertility, India’s largest group of IVF clinics with 20 clinics in 15 cities and Pulse Women’s Hospital, Ahmedabad. After pursuing his graduation and post-graduation with honors from VS Medical College and Hospital, Ahmedabad, he went on for an advanced training in IVF and Endoscopy in Australia and Germany. With a strong will to be an achiever, he started his IVF practice in the year 1996. Today, he is one of the pioneers in IVF and has to his credit more than 8000 successful IVF pregnancies. Nova IVI Fertility was launched in August 2011 when Pulse Women’s Hospital joined hands with Nova Medical Centers and IVI, Spain to form India’s biggest, most reliable and technologically advanced IVF group. Nova IVI Fertility has 19 established IVF clinics in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hisar, Hyderabad, Indore, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Surat and Vijayawada. Dr. Manish Banker has been the President of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) and Chairman of the Infertility Committee of Federation of Obstetric and Gynecological Societies of India [FOGSI]. He sits on the International Affairs Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Board of Directors of Pacific Rim Society of Reproductive Medicine and Surveillance Board of International Federation of Fertility Societies. He is a member of the Drafting Committee for ART bill of India, I.C.M.R. and Ministry of Health, and is the regional representative for the International Committee for Monitoring ART [ICMART], a WHO affiliate. He has also been a Founder Board Member of Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproductive Endocrinology [ASPIRE] [2006–2008]. He was the Scientific Co-Chair of IFFS 2016. Further to these honored positions, he is also on the editorial board of the Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences [JHRS] and Clinical and Experimental and Reproductive Medicine [CERM], and is a reviewer for RBM Online and Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics [JARG]. Dr. Banker has delivered numerous orations and talks at international and national conferences; he has to his glory numerous publications and has contributed many chapters to text books. He has been publishing the National ART Registry of India from 2000 to 2010. Dr. Manish Banker stands as one of the eminent ones in the field of IVF and guides many others by imparting his wisdom and experiences.
