Structural revision rhinoplasty
Asked for Others, 23 Years
I am seeking a consultation for revision rhinoplasty.
I have previously undergone rhinoplasty and currently have:
An over-reduced / scooped nasal bridge
Weak tip support
Structural concerns rather than just cosmetic ones
My priority is long-term strength and stability, not aggressive reshaping.
I would like to understand:
Whether you feel my case needs structural reconstruction rather than a minor touch-up
Your approach to tip support (columellar strut / septal extension)
Whether you are comfortable using rib cartilage if septal cartilage is insufficient
Your experience with revision rhinoplasty cases involving weak structure
I can share my current photos and reference photos during consultation.
Thank you,
Ishika
