Stool problem weight loss and weakness

I am suffering from abdominal pain,weight loss and weakness. From 15 months. In initial stage.mujhe kabhi kabhi chhakar ata tha.bar bar motion ke liye Jana padta tha.stool bhi dioriya type ka hota tha.ab bar bar nahi jana padta.kabhi kabhi constipation ho jata h.weight loss ho raha h . weakness hamesha rahti h.lip dryness ki problem h.
