Sinusitis issue with loss of smell

I have chronic sinusitis issue since 1 month, i lost my smell 2 weeks back. The doctor put me on oral steroid prednisone 25 mg for 6 days which made my infection worse. Please let me know what I can do to get my smell back? I m using antibiotics presently but no smell.

loss of smell in chronic sinusitis is common side effect. please stop oral steroids as it has no effect on nasal mucosa and has general side effects of systemic steroid use.please consult an ENT specialist for prescription of local nasal sprays.
