kindly sits in warm water tub daily two times for 5-10 mins, you can apply liquid parrafin before going to stool for pain relief. Experiencing pain during stool could be due to chronic constipation, you can add fibre in your diet like carrot, cucumber, broccoli, mix sprouts. To treat fissure/piles, your constipation needs to be treated, if you are experiencing blood in stool, kindly visit nearest classical homeopathic physician for permanent solution. Sorry for late reply.

I understand how uncomfortable this must be for you. Don’t worry — homeopathy can help relieve the pain, itching, and inflammation effectively. Based on your symptoms, we’ll need to assess whether it’s an external or internal pile and if there’s any infection or fissure component causing pus formation. For immediate relief: Sitz bath: Sit in warm water (not hot) for 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times a day. You can add a pinch of salt for soothing effect. Hydration: Drink plenty of water and include fibre-rich foods like papaya, banana, soaked raisins, and leafy vegetables. Avoid strain: Do not sit on the toilet for long periods or delay bowel movements. Avoid spicy, fried food and red meat. Keep the area dry and clean.

Dear Sir, I truly understand the discomfort and distress you’re going through. Piles, fissures, and fistula can be extremely painful — especially when there’s itching, swelling, or pus discharge. Please don’t worry; these conditions can be effectively treated with Homeopathy, without surgery, if addressed at the right time. At Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Vijayanagar, Bangalore, I have treated several patients with similar complaints. Homeopathic treatment focuses on healing from the root, reducing inflammation, stopping bleeding and pain, improving bowel habits, and preventing recurrence. In your case, the presence of pus suggests there may be an underlying infected fissure or fistula that needs proper evaluation. Along with homeopathic medicines, simple lifestyle and dietary modifications — such as avoiding spicy food, drinking plenty of water, and adding fiber-rich fruits and vegetables — will help relieve pain and itching naturally. I would strongly recommend a personal consultation (online or at the clinic) so that I can understand your exact symptoms, intensity of pain, and medical history to prescribe a customized homeopathic medicine suited to your condition. Many of my patients have found lasting relief and avoided surgery with the right approach.
