Dear Dr. Devi, I trust this correspondence finds you in good health. Following our consultation in January regarding my nasal congestion, you recommended a series of diagnostic measures, including CBC, IgE blood tests, and X-rays of my facial and nasal structures. Subsequently, I underwent these tests upon my return to Canada. The results indicate elevated IgE serum protein levels at 113 kU/L and evidence of a deviated nasal septum on X-ray imaging. I am keen to schedule a follow-up consultation with you to review these findings comprehensively and explore potential treatment options. Please advise on the next steps at your earliest convenience.
