I understand this is a very difficult and stressful situation. A creatinine level of 8.2 mg/dL after a kidney transplant is a serious finding and requires prompt evaluation by your transplant nephrologist. The underlying cause of the rising creatinine—such as rejection, infection, medication-related issues, or other complications—needs to be identified before deciding on the next step. During a detailed consultation, I can review your complete medical history, transplant records, recent blood tests, medications, and symptoms to help you better understand your condition and discuss supportive management. Please do not stop or change any of your transplant medicines without your nephrologist's advice. If you have reduced urine output, swelling, breathlessness, or severe weakness, seek immediate medical attention. You may book a consultation, and please keep all your reports and prescriptions ready for review.
Hello,
Thank you for sharing your medical history. We're sorry to hear about your condition.
As you have had a kidney transplant and your creatinine level has risen to **8.2**, this is a serious medical situation. It is not possible to suggest the right treatment without a detailed evaluation of your medical history, current medicines, and investigation reports.
We recommend that you book an appointment with our doctor for a proper consultation. The doctor will review your condition and discuss the treatment options suitable for you.
If you experience decreased urine output, severe swelling, shortness of breath, chest pain, or any worsening symptoms, please seek immediate medical care without delay.
We wish you the very best and look forward to assisting you.
Come and try to recover. It is difficult, but I can get a chance.
