Chronic UTI since 2020

Asked for patient, 63 years

Chronic UTI since 2020 - with high fever approx. 102 degrees. Body weakness . I was even diagnosed for ulcer colitis but now no symptom like loose motion now. Im looking for Non antibiotic treatment and body have good bacteria to fight with it if occurs.
