Blood&mucus in motion

Past 2months blood& mucus present in my 4months old baby.antibiotic, probiotic,zink was given.me also stopped diary products.but no use.now breast feeding also not giving to her .continued nan lo lac .but sometimes orange colour blood was present in her poop.ultrasound also normal.what can I do mam
