Bee Sting Allergy

Asked for Others, 25 Years
I was stung by 2 bee 4 days ago. Within 5 to 40 minutes I had symptoms of Urticaria, Sweating, Weakness, Hypotension (80/60), Mild breathing difficulty, Vomiting. Within this 40 minutes, I was given Avil & Dexona injection and Saline infusion. After 1.5 hours I feel stable and started improving. Was this anaphylaxis? I am still having slightly swollen face & lips and weakness and slight high body temperature (97-98 degrees instead of 96.5 degrees). What to do to keep myself safe in future?

Yes , it was an Anaphylactic reaction ... Also bee sting does bring severe allergic immune response in the body.. To prevent these attacks in the future ,firstly avoid bees and beehives ... As once u have been stuck so next time the reaction may be much more severe... And second keep antihistamics with you at all times like tab levocet, tab bilastin, tab montair lc like combinations ... Or you make keep an adr pen with you so that next time you are stuck u just have to adminster it via IM route anywhere in the body but mostly in deltoid (arms ) or quads (legs)..
