Allergic Reaction after Bee Sting

Asked for patient, 25 years

I was stung by two Bee. Within 5 to 40 minutes symptoms of Urticaria, Hypotension (80/60), Weakness, Difficulty in Breathing, Vomiting occurred. I was given Avil and Dexona injection and IV saline and kept under observation. Is this anaphylaxis ? After 4 days also, I am having slight swollen face & lips, weakness, slight difficult in breathing. What should I do now to keep myself safe in future.
