Dr Porwal has formulated a non-surgical regimen for treatment of early piles, acute fissure and constipation called MCDPA. It is a combination of herbal medicines, diet counselling and physiotherapy. He has also devised his own technique called Dr Porwal’s DLPL (Distal Laser Proximal Ligation) for curing complicated and recurrent fistulas.
