Dr MANISH did his Graduation (M. B. B. S. ) in 2013 from one of the most reputed & premier institute of India, VMMC & SAFDARJUNG Hospital, managed under Government of India & affiliated to GGSIPU, NEW DELHI. After having a good basic learning & experience in all the departments during his 1 year rigorous Internship at one of the busiest hospitals in India, He did Post-Graduation, Master of Surgery (M. S. General Surgery) in 2013 from PGIMER & RAM MANOHAR LOHIA HOSPITAL NEW-DELHI, which is a high patient volume center & Center of Excellence for Learning & Experience in Surgical field. In 2016 after completing the M. S. General Surgery, He joined the same institute as SENIOR RESIDENT in the Department of General Surgery for a better clinical exposure with different types of Surgical cases both Elective as well as Emergency Surgeries. During this tenure from 2016 till Nov 2019, as a Senior Resident, he gained the Experience of Managing all type of Emergency Surgical & Trauma cases single handedly including Gun Shots, Stab wounds, Intestinal Obstructions & Perforations, Acute Complicated Appendicitis, Obstructed/Irreducible Hernias & Intestinal Gangrene. During Elective Surgeries in O. T. he learned from some of the most eminent surgeons & under their efficient guidance performed 100s of LAPAROSCOPIC GALL BLADDER removal surgeries (Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy), LAPAROSCOPIC APPENDIX removal (Lap. Appendicectomy ), LAPAROSCOPIC HERNIA Repair (both for Inguinal-TEP/TAPP & Ventral Hernias). Along with these he also did many Open Surgical procedures including surgeries for BREAST CANCER (MRM), THYROID Surgeries (Hemi & Total Thyroidectomy), SMALL BOWEL & COLO-RECTAL Surgeries (both for Benign & Cancer cases) , he also worked in BARIATRIC SURGERY unit and got to perform 'SLEEVE GASTRECTOMY' & 'MINI GASTRIC BYPASS' (MGB) for more than 2 years. In Nov. 2019 he joined Sri BALAJI ACTION MEDICAL INSTITUTE, Paschim Vihar, NEW-DELHI as ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT in GEN. SURGERY to add to his skills of learning how to cater the needs of Private Patients. In February 2020 to further enhance the skills in SURGICAL- GASTROENTEROLOGY & HEPATO-PANCREATO-BILIARY cases, he joined G. I. & HPB SURGERY Department at JAYPEE HOSPITAL, NOIDA. At JAYPEE HOSPITAL, he had the opportunity to gain the experience of performing complex GI & HPB Surgical Procedures as well as how to cater & deal with the needs of CORPORATE & INTERNATIONAL Patients.
