Dr. Neha Nakra is a RCI registered Psychologist and certified Psychometrician and Special Educator. A doctorate scholar from TWU, UK and MPhil in psychology, she has studied and worked in India and abroad (United Kingdom and USA) with experience in counseling, psychotherapies and assessments. She is also a registered counselor with National career Services, Ministry of Labour & Employment, India. Neha works closely with children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families for different issues and concerns on individual and group basis. She also works with students providing career counseling. She has strong understanding of counseling and skilled in psychotherapies like cognitive behavior therapy, schema therapy, dialectical therapy, and transference focused psychotherapy, imago relationship therapy etc. She is flexible in adopting a therapeutic approach as necessitated by the needs of her clients. She has helped individuals deal with depression, anxiety, stress, anger at work or in personal life, behavioural issues and adaptation, dementia, phobia, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, work life balance, interpersonal concerns, communication etc. With children and adolescents, Neha works on behavioural issues and adaptation, academic performance and learning problems; anxiety and emotional problems, career counselling, personality development, constructive parenting, growing up and puberty issues. For many years she has been providing her support to differently abled children. She also bridges the gaps and works closely with child, school, parents and CBSE.
