Dr. Chirag Chudasama is an established expert in the field of Arthroscopy , Sports Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. THe has secured a post of Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery from very renowned B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad in 2006. From very begning he was keenly interested in Arthroscopy & related “Key hole” surgery.After passing his M.S., he joined Asia’s largest government hospital-Civil Hospital Ahmedabad as a consultant Orthopedic surgeon. He then proceeded to Germany in 2008 for Fellowship in Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy and Reconstructive Surgery (F.A.R.S.). On returning from Germany he started doing exclusive Arthroscopy at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. He also got training at ISAKOS center at Coimbatore in 2009 under Dr.David Rajan-one of the founder of athroscopy in India. Dr. Chudasama got exclusive shoulder training at Pune under Dr. Ashish Babhulkar in 2012. He visited Japan in 2014 at Funabashi and got training under world’s renowned shoulder surgeon Dr. Hiroyuki Sugaya. Dr. Chudasama has already treated more than 2000 patients successfully. He is an active member and participating in various national meetings organized by the Indian Arthroscopy Society. He is also a member of ESSKA (European Society of Sports traumatology,Knee Surgery and arthroscopy ). He has published papers related to his arthroscopic work at various national and international journals. Dr. Chudasama has also given training to many orthopedic surgeons at state of the art center- psychomotor training lab for Arthroscopy at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. He has trained physiotherapist for specialized rehabilitation on shoulder problems at Government physiotherapy college, Ahmedabad. He believes in spreading the knowledge that he has himself earned through fellowships.
