She has worked at MGUMST as Medical Superintendent, Professor and HOD after working for 20 years at Govt. Zenana Hospital, Jaipur. She joined Fortis family in 2011. She got trained at USA & UK. Pioneered the first menopause clinic in Rajasthan ,developed Risk Score assessment tools for bone health, cancers and heart disease and also set Protocols for management on evidence based medicine.
