He is an expert who uses his vast experience and expertise to evaluate differential Diagnosis of any Childhood learning disorder and can provide accurate Clinical Diagnosis which is his forte. He developed an eclectic approach for management which is followed by his students throughout the world. His keen observation and determination to serve in nation building helped develop an Adolescent behavior training program which is a path breaking concept being introduced at many public schools considering the current issues of extreme aggression, Drug Abuse, Materialistic one-upmanship, Poor Role Models, Corruption through a researched approach of Positive Psychology imbibed from the University of North Carolina, USA and character building. As a teacher, he has conducted more than 200 workshops, lectures at schools, Institutes and Medical Colleges. Trained more than 1500 students, teachers and therapists in pursuing learning disability as a career option and the process is on. He has initiated courses in learning disability and other developmental conditions like ADLD( Advance Diploma in Learning Disability), ADPT (Advance Diploma in Psychotherapy), ADSI (Advance Diploma in Sensory Integration). He is also the Founder and Chairman of Shristi a leading mental health institute recognized under Registered under Indian Trust Act, Government of India, Registered under PWD Act, Government of Delhi, Registered under National trust, Registered under RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India), Permanent exemption to trust under section 80G of the IT Act, 1961. Shristi provides special Schooling, Vocational training to mentally challenged children. it also conducts CRE Sponsored by RCI.
