During his surgery residency, he received the B Braun Medical Trust Foundation Scholarship Grant for excellence in General Surgery across India in 2012. He went on to do MCh in Plastic Surgery at the prestigious JIPMER Hospital & University, one of the top medical institutions in our country. JIPMER Plastic Surgery is one of the highly ranked plastic surgery programs in our country he underwent extensive training in all aspects of plastic surgery including cosmetic surgery. His focus towards mastering cosmetic surgery and learning form led him to visit and master the art of cosmetic surgery from pioneers and leading surgeons across the world. After completing plastic surgery he visited the World Renown Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Rod Rohrich at Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, USA. Apart from being an exceptional teacher, Dr. Rohrich is a master rhinoplasty and facelift surgeon. He followed it with an Aesthetic Surgery fellowship under another world-renown Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Ruth Graf, a master in Breast Surgeries & Facial Rejuvenation Techniques at Curitiba, Brazil. He also underwent cosmetic surgery training under world-renown expert Dr. Carlos Roxo, a master in Massive Weight Loss Surgeries & Body Contouring at Hospital Federal do Andarai, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He was awarded the ISAPS Fellowship 2019 in Advanced Facial Aesthetic Surgery at Marien Hospital, Stuttgart, Germany. The fellowship at this Center of Excellence involved mastering the art and approaches to complex cases of aesthetic rhinoplasty, reconstructive nose surgery & facial aesthetic surgery under World-Renowned Experts in Rhinoplasty - Dr.Wolfgang Gubbish, Dr.Helmut Fischer & Dr.Sebastian Haack.
