Later Dr. Goyal established the department of pain medicine (Interventional Pain Management) in some of the big hospitals in Delhi. He has established latest and evidence-based non-surgical minimally-invasive treatments to treat various painful conditions. He is a teaching faculty for the “foundation course” by IAPC and certified instructor for EPM by Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
