Dr Kiran Kumar Sajjanshetty

Dr. Kirankumar Sajjanshetty has joined as a full time consultant medical oncologist at Siddaganga Hospital & Research Institute, A unit of Siddaganga mutt, Tumakur. He completed his MBBS from Bangalore medical college and research institute [BMCRI], Bangalore; he did his post-graduation in Radiation oncology from the prestigious Tata Memorial hospital, Mumbai. He later pursued super-specialization in Medical oncology and Hematology in Gujarat Cancer and research institute, BJMC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. During his residency training over 6 years has got extensive experience in Radiation oncology, Medical and Pediatric oncology, Heamato-oncology as well as Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. His expertise include precision oncology, Immuno-oncology, biological and targeted therapy. He also has keen interest in pain management, palliation and end of life care of ailing terminally ill cancer patients. He has presented in various national and international conferences, along with publications in national and international journals.
