Itching on the private part but any kind of ring warm are not seen but itching are not stop she try some itching cream but they can"t take a releif. Please give me some advice

Acne on my face

Hi my name is Yash and I am 30 years old .In every winter my face got multiple acne and face became very dark and dull . This problem I am facing for the last 15 year . I have shown many doctors but after talking medicines gets better but when I stopped it comes again.
