Her area of expertise is lifestyle diseases both prevention and management. She has a keen interest in the field of mental health too. The method of treatment is based on Lifestyle intervention which includes detailed medical, lifestyle and diet history during the first visit followed by therapeutic dietary advice, lifestyle modifications, counselling, Yoga therapy and Mindfulness and Acupuncture based on health conditions.
