Please ensure you are getting sound sleep on correct time Please test your HbA1c, Haemoglobin to rule out T2DM, and Anemia AND TSH,T3,&T4 to rule out if there is any thyroid dysfunction Please clarify if you are having any other issue with Digestion & Bowel
