Dr Suhas Hardas

Dr. Suhas Hardas is a well-known, experienced Cardiologist based in Pune, practising at Hardas Heart Care, Ruby Hall Clinic, Poona Hospital, and other hospitals in and around Pune. Having worked in the field of Cardiology for over 23 years, he has treated hundreds of thousands of patients suffering from various cardiac disorders. His aim is to help reduce the number of cardiac patients in the country by increasing awareness on preventive techniques. Cardiovascular diseases are rampant in India, and by 2020, India is likely to have the highest number of cardiac patients in the world. Dr. Suhas Hardas is working hard to reverse this trend not only by treating cardiac patients but also targeting prevention of the disease. He is working towards this goal by creating mass awareness through public talks, and targeting prevention of the disease at the grassroots level by encouraging lifestyle modification, proper diet and adequate exercise in patients as well as in healthy individuals.
