Bountiful experience in head neck surgery from a clinical, research and an academic standpoint. Trained at the prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in all aspects of head neck surgery including thyroid, larynx, skull base and oral cancer. Furthermore, proficient in reconstructive surgeries including microvascular anastomosis. Co-authored clinically relevant publications and book chapters in national and international journals including a landmark publication in the New England Journal of Medicine. Was actively involved in accrual of patients as well as interim analyses. Undertaken statistical analysis of prospective studies of clinical relevance published in high impact journals.
