Dr. Punit Pruthi is currently employed as Senior Consultant in Rheumatology & Internal Medicine at AIMS (Asian Institute of Medical Sciences) Faridabad. He also visits Yash clinic sector 17 & Asian clinic sector 9. He did his MD from the prestigious Maulana Azad medical college (MAMC) Delhi and now has more than 20 years of post-M.D experience. He has a keen interest in the field of Rheumatology and has worked as Fellow at Medanta - The Medicity in the Department of Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology. Dr. Pruthi has been awarded Specialty certificate in Rheumatology (SCE) by Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP-U.K) and also cleared EULAR Paediatric Rheumatology course, EULAR course on Rheumatic Diseases & EULAR course on Systemic Sclerosis. He is managing all kinds of arthritis, joint pain, backache, body pain, and other immunological diseases like SLE (Lupus), Sjogren's syndrome, Scleroderma, Vasculitis, etc. and is following the latest therapeutic regimes in the field of Rheumatology including the use of Biologicals. With his vast experience in internal medicine, he can also himself manage the associated medical comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, anaemia, etc.
