Bleeding ulcer in small cologn

After Colognoscopy the Histopathology report says either TB or Crohn. Review done and the result is same. Any treatment in Homeopathy please let me know.

Dry palm eczema

Dear Doctor, I’ve been dealing with dry palm eczema for the last 8 years. The condition worsens at times, leading to painful cracks on the skin of my palms and fingers.
