Mini-Fellowship in Renal Ultrasonography from Atlanta, USA. His areas of special interest lie in Chronic Kidney Disease prevention, Hypertension, Electrolyte Disorders, Home Dialysis and Renal Transplant. He is also keen to promote the use of Peritoneal Dialysis in end-stage renal disease patients. Dr. Amit Langote was awarded "Angel Pin" award for his contribution to patient care at the Ottawa Hospital in Canada in 2015. He is an Executive Member of Mumbai Nephrology Group, Member of Indian Society of Nephrology, Associate Member International Society of Nephrology, Member of American Society of Hypertension and Member of Canadian Society of Nephrology.
